Welcome to episode 31… The second installment in the [FRONT DESK SERIES]! This week we start moving closer into the role of the front desk. Last week we looked at this from the30,000 foot level, today we move down to the 15,000 foot level. This episode builds on last week to still look at the context around the Front Desk Role and HOW you can start to set them up for success to drive your business success! We start to dive into the Phases of the Patient Lifecycle as well as looking at your practice as an ecosystem! As well as WHERE your focus must be within each step of your patient’s lifecycle!
